Current Development Services
Assessment (Pre-Services) – compilation of the client organization’s current revenue streams, recent fundraising efforts and outcomes
Planning (Development Plans/Action Plans) – creation of a document outlining development and fundraising activities to be conducted over a specified time period (Development Plans - typically done during the first 1-2 years of working with Catapolte); and real-time tracking of implementation of purchased services (Action Plans - annual plan done at the beginning of every contract year, plus monthly plans)
Prospect Research – identification and evaluation of potential donors to determine capacity and willingness to support the client organization
Board Relations and Development – assistance to the governing board and/or committees to aid these members in contributing to success in activities
Relationship Building – engagement and interaction with individuals and contacts with foundations, corporations, businesses, civic groups, and other organizations
Grants Management – preparation of narrative reports and coordination of financial reports
Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) – initial selection and implementation (if necessary), and continuous quality improvement
Corporate Sponsorship Guides - development of a document outlining opportunities for companies to sponsor the organization and/or specific programs
Special Projects – support for unique development consulting services can be provided, with price determined by nature of project
Assessment (Post-Services) – evaluation and report of outcomes for the client organization as a direct result of working with Catapolte
